With the customers needing a separate installation package, the schedule for the update will be agreed separately. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Among the most awaited features of the version are the following: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Blacklisting;\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You\ncan keep a record of customers for which assignments should not be opened.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customer\nidentification; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You\ncan set identification validity period according to a customer\u2019s risk\nassessment, use former identifications as templates for new ones, and integrate\nCSI Lawyer to 3<sup>rd<\/sup> party KYC tools.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assignment\nrequest; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You\ncan create real customers, carry out customer identification and set pricing\nalready for an assignment request.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pricing;\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You\ncan define role price lists to easily manage and update role prices for\nmultiple customers, set normal assignments as non-billable for e.g. Pro bono\npurposes, update users\u2019 cost prices to transactions and invoice rows, and\nmonitor users\u2019 hour price history.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customer\nplan; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You\ncan create a plan to improve relationship to your customers or prospects by\ndefining a team and activities required. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Setting\nreports as favorites; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You\ncan define your most regularly needed reports as favorites to open them quickly\nfrom the top bar of the software.&nbsp; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sending reminders by email;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You can\nnow define the system reminders to be sent by email, making it easier to react\non them.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The\nRelated action; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You can directly navigate e.g. to any folder of an individual assignment from the Assignment list by right-clicking the mouse, and selecting \u201cRelated\u201d. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>User\nrights; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You also have in your use new parameters for defining access rights based on a user group.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"CSI Lawyer 10.0 is now available for customers downloading their version updates from the web.
