{"id":5147,"date":"2023-05-16T13:33:12","date_gmt":"2023-05-16T13:33:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/extra.csihelsinki.fi\/?p=5147"},"modified":"2023-05-16T13:33:15","modified_gmt":"2023-05-16T13:33:15","slug":"changes-in-csi-lawyer-11-0-functionality-published-16-5-23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/extra.csihelsinki.fi\/en\/csi-news\/changes-in-csi-lawyer-11-0-functionality-published-16-5-23\/","title":{"rendered":"Changes in CSI Lawyer 11.0 functionality, published 16.5.23"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The update version published today also brings the following improvements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Conflict Check report shows if a customer has been deactivated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reason for price adjustment can be set as non-mandatory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the NetDocuments integration, it is possible to override customer and matter specific default IDs by defining parameters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customer&#8217;s status in Conflict Check report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The status of the customer, either active or deactivated, is now displayed in the Conflict check report.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the customer&#8217;s status is deactivated, the report shows &#8216;Deactivated&#8217; in parentheses after the party&#8217;s name. In addition, the name of the deactivated customer is displayed in gray and italics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Defining the reason for price adjustment as non-mandatory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A new parameter has been added to the software, which makes it possible to determine whether the reason for a preliminary invoice&#8217;s price adjustment is mandatory or not. The &#8216;Reason for price adjustment is mandatory&#8217; parameter can be found in the system parameters (> General > Mandatory fields).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, the parameter is activated, in which case a reason must be added in the &#8216;Reason for Price Adjustment&#8217; field every time a price adjustment is made for a preliminary invoice. If the parameter is disabled, the\u00a0&#8216;Reason for Price Adjustment&#8217; field\u00a0will not be displayed in the preliminary invoice window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Possibility to override attribute IDs used in the NetDocuments integration <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NetDocuments plugin contains two new parameters which enable overriding the customer and matter related attribute IDs. The parameters are\u00a0Override Client Attribute ID and\u00a0Override Matter Attribute ID.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If these parameters have been defined, the integration uses their values.
