{"id":5990,"date":"2024-04-17T07:47:05","date_gmt":"2024-04-17T07:47:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/extra.csihelsinki.fi\/?p=5990"},"modified":"2024-04-17T08:28:33","modified_gmt":"2024-04-17T08:28:33","slug":"csi-lawyer-12-0-update-package-17-4-24","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/extra.csihelsinki.fi\/en\/csi-news\/csi-lawyer-12-0-update-package-17-4-24\/","title":{"rendered":"CSI Lawyer 12.0 update package 17.4.24"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We\u2019ll release today a new update package for CSI Lawyer 12.0.&nbsp;The update package will make saving of conflict checks quicker due to software code optimization and fix the following software defects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When a corporate or private customer identification was marked as reviewed, the software did not update the &#8220;Reviewed by&#8221; field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restricted users were displayed the information on the identification tab of customers. Now the tab is hidden from restricted users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The field in the customer and party windows where you can specify the CC recipients of the invoice had an unclear name. After correction, the field is named &#8220;CC when invoicing&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Matters<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When an insider group had been defined in the database and a restricted user was set e.g. in an assistant role of a private customer&#8217;s matter, the user gained access to the Insider tab of the matter through the transaction he\/she recorded in the matter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Entries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In CSI MyDesk, the arrow buttons did not work when trying to edit the duration of a transaction which was previously saved or was created using an existing transaction as a template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The text of a transaction could no longer be copied if the related matter had been closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The search function which was carried out on the Transactions to review list crashed if the view included a relational custom field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the invoicing information for an expense was edited, its purchase information was cleared.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preliminary invoices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The matter related field &#8220;Required parties identified&#8221; which was added&nbsp;as a customization&nbsp;to a view (e.g. to a preliminary invoice view) displayed numbers instead of icons (yellow\/red warning triangle).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When a matter in a foreign currency had multiple payers and the preliminary invoice had either a general expense or an expense recorded in the matter currency, the mass preview of the preliminary invoice displayed different amounts than the normal preview.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The filters in the Open and Approved Preliminary Invoices view worked incorrectly and did not comply with the criteria in the view.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Invoices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Changes have been made to the invoicing material in Peppol 3.0 format. The invoice material now shows &#8220;order number &#8211; subject&#8221; as a reference. The subject is primarily the Invoice subject, and in its absence, the Subject of the matter. An e-mail address and phone number, obtained from the business unit, have been added to the seller&#8217;s information.
