It is now available for customers downloading their software updates from the web. For customers having a company-specific update package, we\u2019ll start deliveries in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new features and changes are described in the \u201c<strong>CSI Lawyer version 12.1 \u2013 Change document<\/strong>\u201d, available on the Instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Among the new features are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General software usability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selecting rows with the Ctrl+A key combination works faster\u00a0and the tab key can be used to move to the search results in the Look up Records windows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All lists show the number of retrieved or filtered rows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Important notes are better displayed in lists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Green CSI theme is available for green color lovers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Matter status and identification review date have been added to the lists of customer identifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The software reminds users of the shared folder and SharePoint integration of the need to transfer documents when merging customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Matter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The payer shares can be specified with four decimals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The closing date of the class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is possible to predefine activity type specific status options<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users can close only a single timer and leave the remaining timers active in the software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power users can close old transaction posting periods for all users at once<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preliminary invoice <a><\/a><a><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preliminary invoices can be previewed quickly without opening the printing parameter window<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The next reviewers review turn can be skipped for multiple rights of the customer and the matter have been specified<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The rights to create and edit notes related to different information have been unified<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The list of reports displays possible user group limitations of the reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the invoice view, it is possible to add a column displaying the customer responsible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the expense and subscription views, it is possible add columns to display the matter owner and responsible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outlining the invoice printing parameters has been made easier with a new grouping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To improve software performance, attachments of old notes can be archived in a directory path outside the software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Integrations and plugins<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Checking the DOKS identification status is possible for several identification events at one time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DOKS integration can be used to check whether new risk assessments have been created for customers in DOKS after the CSI identification event has been marked as done<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bookkeeping integrations no longer try to transfer an invoice whose invoice number is already found in the bookkeeping system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Fortnox integration of cloud customers are automatically updated when the CSI version is updated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When merging customers, the NetDocuments integration transfers the source customer&#8217;s documents to the target customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Documents folder has been returned in CSI Lawyer for customers using NetDocuments or SharePoint365 for document management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The iManage document management system can be integrated to CSI
