Please note the following: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Get familiar with the to-do list and check which definitions are necessary for your office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are on vacation during the first days of 2025, ensure that there\u2019s another power user who can make the required definitions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your office uses any number series that include the year, <strong>DO NOT CHANGE THE NUMBER SERIES <\/strong>until you have created <strong>ALL<\/strong> the entities (invoices, customers, matters&#8230;) which should have the year 2024 in its numbering. You will not be able to return to the old number series.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case you need additional instructions, please contact the CSI support <a href=\"mailto:help@csihelsinki.fi\">help@csihelsinki.fi<\/a>.
