Please note the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Get familiar with the to-do list and check which definitions are necessary for your office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are on vacation during the first days of 2026, ensure that there\u2019s another power user who can make the required definitions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your office uses any number series that include the year,\u00a0<strong>DO NOT CHANGE THE NUMBER SERIES\u00a0<\/strong>until you have created\u00a0<strong>ALL<\/strong>\u00a0the entities (invoices, customers, matters\u2026) which should have the year 2025 in its numbering.
