Problemet har slumpm\u00e4ssigt p\u00e5verkat b\u00e5de moln- och On Premise-kunder i olika storleksklasser. F\u00f6rmedlingstj\u00e4nsten som dessa applikationer och integrationer anv\u00e4nder har f\u00f6r vissa av v\u00e5ra kunder inte fungerat fullt ut eller inte alls. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att korrigera problemet har vi gjort en br\u00e5dskande supportf\u00f6rfr\u00e5gan hos Microsoft. N\u00e5gra av v\u00e5ra kunder har under morgonen meddelat att tj\u00e4nsterna fungerar igen, och vi hoppas att tj\u00e4nsten f\u00f6r alla kunder \u00e5terg\u00e5r till normal funktion inom kort. Tills det sker kan registreringar g\u00f6ras direkt i CSI-programmet.&nbsp;<br><br>Vi \u00e4r v\u00e4l medvetna om att den annalkande julhelgen och \u00e5rsskiftet skapar tryck att f\u00e5 in alla \u00e5tg\u00e4rder i programmet i tid.
