The CSI Lawyer fee covers experienced support service advicing users in software-related issues and being available by e-mail and phone on workdays 9-16 (GMT+2).

How quickly can I expect help to my problem?

CSI’s customer support serves customers on workdays 9:00-16:00 (GMT+2). During those hours our support team is available both by e-mail (help@csihelsinki.fi) and phone (+358 10 322 7880).

How quickly does CSI react on software defects?

If the reason for a customer’s problem is a software defect, CSI starts actions to correct the bug according to its urgency class.
