How quickly can I expect help to my problem?
17. January, 2019CSI’s customer support serves customers on workdays 9:00-16:00 (GMT+2). During those hours our support team is available both by e-mail (help@csihelsinki.fi) and phone (+358 10 322 7880).
The team aims at reacting to support requests quickly, taking into account their urgency. Investigation of the user problems starts at the latest during the next business day.
In most cases the support team is able to resolve a user’s problem right away. However, if this is not the case, the software development team will get involved in the investigation in order to find the solution as soon as possible.
