How quickly does CSI react on software defects?
17. January, 2019If the reason for a customer’s problem is a software defect, CSI starts actions to correct the bug according to its urgency class.
If a defect prevents the use of the whole system (urgency class 1), corrective actions start during the same workday.
If a defect limits the system use (urgency class 2) corrective actions start within two workdays.
Less annoying defects (urgency class 3) will be corrected to the next software update. While waiting for the fix, CSI aims at guiding the way to avoid the defect.
CSI maintains two latest CSI Lawyer versions to which software bugs are corrected.
