Which CSI services are invoiced separately?

CSI Lawyer fee covers the support service and investigation and fixing of software bugs. Other services will be invoiced separately.

Among such billable services are e.g.  

  • CSI Lawyer deployment and training services
  • Project work, programming and consulting
  • Update services of new CSI Lawyer versions
  • Changes and corrections of customized functionalities and integrations
  • Support service calls/events lasting more than 15 minutes in case a) the problem is caused by the customer and not by a software defect or b) the call contains clear educational elements (can be considered as training services).

CSI invoices of these services according to its valid price list. A customer can always ask for a price estimate before asking CSI to provide such services.

CSI software fees differ slightly by country but the service fees are the same in all countries.
