Which services are covered by the service fee?

The CSI Lawyer fee covers experienced support service advicing users in software-related issues and being available by e-mail and phone on workdays 9-16 (GMT+2).

Support services are free-of-charge always when investigating or fixing an issue caused by a software bug. The user fees also cover other brief support and advisory services which do not exceed 15 minutes.

For support cases that are longer than 15 minutes or contain clear educational elements CSI charges according its valid price list.
