CSI LAWYER 10.0 IS AVAILABLE ON MARCH 25TH, 21

CSI Lawyer 10.0 is now available for customers downloading their version updates from the web. With the customers needing a separate installation package, the schedule for the update will be agreed separately.

Among the most awaited features of the version are the following:

Blacklisting;

• You can keep a record of customers for which assignments should not be opened.

Customer identification;

• You can set identification validity period according to a customer’s risk assessment, use former identifications as templates for new ones, and integrate CSI Lawyer to 3^rd party KYC tools.

Assignment request;

• You can create real customers, carry out customer identification and set pricing already for an assignment request.

Pricing;

• You can define role price lists to easily manage and update role prices for multiple customers, set normal assignments as non-billable for e.g. Pro bono purposes, update users’ cost prices to transactions and invoice rows, and monitor users’ hour price history.

Customer plan;

• You can create a plan to improve relationship to your customers or prospects by defining a team and activities required.

Setting reports as favorites;

• You can define your most regularly needed reports as favorites to open them quickly from the top bar of the software. 

Sending reminders by email;

• You can now define the system reminders to be sent by email, making it easier to react on them.

The Related action;

• You can directly navigate e.g. to any folder of an individual assignment from the Assignment list by right-clicking the mouse, and selecting “Related”.

User rights;

• You also have in your use new parameters for defining access rights based on a user group.
