12. June, 2024 | Version UpdatesToday we’ll release a new update package for CSI Lawyer 12.0. The update package will fix the following software defects:
Expenses
• When transferring an expense from one matter to another, it was only possible to select matters from the same principal as a destination matter, even if you entered the matter number in the field and selected Enter.
Insider
• When an insider matter was made public, it was no longer visible to the team members. After the correction, the insider functionality works as follows:
When a matter for which access rights have been defined to the user group A is marked as an insider matter, a notification is displayed that access to the matter will be removed from all other user groups but the insider group and the matter’s access rights will not be restored to their previous state, if the insider matter is later set as public.
By selecting OK in the dialog box, the access rights are removed from the user group A and set only to the insider group and personally to the matter owner, responsible person, assistant, invoicing contact person and team members. Selecting Cancel cancels the action and does not set the matter as an insider matter.
Integrations
• The Email Notification Creator, which sends reminders by email, was unable to handle a view reminder if its conditions included a custom field.
• When changing the client for a matter, NetDocuments integration did not move the documents, if the matter information was created by ndLink
