CSI Lawyer 12.1 update package 17.3.26
17. March, 2026 | Version UpdatesWe’ll publish today a new CSI Lawyer 12.1 update package. The version fixes the software defects reported by customers and and brings improved management of customized fields to the software, which facilitates the adoption of CSI’s new products.
Fixed software defects
General
- The Matters view in the Work Time and Critical Task calendars loaded slowly when grouping was applied.
- The software could occasionally display an “Invalid or Unknown Refresh Token” error message. A stability improvement has been made to the software to eliminate these error messages.
Customer
- In the list of conflict checks opened from the “Related Conflict Checks” folder, all functions were available on the ribbon even though they did not necessarily work correctly. After the fix, that folder now offers only the Reports function in the ribbon.
Matter
- When the parameters allowed an assistant (regular user) to modify matter related permissions, and the user had been added to an insider matter as an assistant, they were able to link an individual person to the insider list in the Insider Register folder but could not use the Attach Multiple function to add several users.
- Mandatory fields (either hidden mandatory default fields, or customized/default fields set as mandatory) prevented the creation of an internal matter, and the software did not display an error message about it.
Invoicing
- The function in the “Matters Until the End of the Previous Invoicing Period” view did not operate optimally, causing the view to open very slowly.
- In normal invoices for private persons, the “Payer (Customer Responsible)” column displayed incorrect information.
Integrations
- Old Due Compliance identifications were unable to redirect to the current address. The old address used duecompliance.se, while the new one is compliance.lundify.com.
- The DE vault in NetDocuments returned responses in gzip format, which could not be interpreted. After the fix, error and other messages are displayed in plain text.
- When the CSI Outlook add-in was in use, the software attempted to create an email-type activity when archiving an email, even though that activity type no longer exists in the software. After the fix, the software creates a task-type activity.
New features
- The management of customized fields has been improved so that customers who adopt new CSI applications or integrations implemented via the CSI API can continue to use their customized fields.
