New 8.0 version update on January 21st, 19

E.g. the following bugs have been fixed in this build:
- The date of a critical task kind of activity cannot be updated in version 8.0
- In the Activity window, the Comment field of the activity type is too high and in a wrong place.
- There is a wrong error message when fetching transactions in a subcontracting assignment.
- Fetching transactions in a subcontracting assignment does not work when an assignment has been shared with multiple subcontractors.
- In some time zones (UTC-5), the date of a transaction is the previous date.
- Sending of assignment conditions adds the assignment owner to the BCC field in spite of the definitions.
- Skills defined as an obligatory field only works for the main business unit.
- Wrong/noninformative icons in multiple windows.
- Used advance payment prevents passivating a customer.
- Assignment-related user rights are not updated when changing multiple assignments.
- If a bank account only has an IBAN number and no normal account number, its name is displayed partially.
- Wrong invoice page numbering; all pages showing 1 (1).
- Adding a user to an insider list is slow.
- The Navigation rights window does not let you move on when using CSI software in a laptop.
- Amount of the deductible is miscalculated if the minimum of deductible > maximum * deductible percent.
