CSI support is limited 12.-13.5.22
11. May, 2022 | NewsThe CSI team is celebrating the company’s 37-year anniversary in Vienna on Thursday and Friday this week (12.-13.5.2022). Our customer support will be available on those days, but to a limited extent:
- We concentrate primarily on acute issues that require an instant resolution. We will get back to non-urgent issues on Monday, May 16th.
- Our telephone support will not be available, but you can contact us via support@csihelsinki.zendesk.com
In normal use the software is very stable, but you can prevent problems during the rest of the week as follows:
- Avoid updating the software to a newer version
- In case you don’t have the latest (released on April 20th 2022) version already, avoid installing the software on new workstations or for new users
- The above applies to installations / upgrades made from the web
