CSI support’s opening hours in the summer

On the day before Midsummer’s Eve, June 22nd, our support service will close at 2 pm. From Midsummer to the beginning of schools (June 26th – August 11th), you can reach our customer support by phone (010 322 7880) from 10 am to 3 pm.
Support requests sent by email will naturally arrive regardless of the time of day. Please note that our support team now has an easier-to-remember email address: help@csihelsinki.fi. The old address will remain available as well.
