CSI support is now open 9-17 at a new email address
2. January, 2020 | NewsFrom 1.1.2020, the CSI support is available on weekdays 9-17 (GMT+2). And the quickest way to reach us is by our new email address
support@csihelsinki.zendesk.com.
As the support needs of our customers seem to increase towards the end of work days, we hope the new service hours to serve you better. In case you have support needs outside our service hours, we kindly ask you to send them by email, which enables us to react on them as soon as possible.
For support request management, we currently use the ZenDesk ticketing system which enables faster processing of support requests and involving our developers in the problem investigation and resolution when required. Our old address support@csihelsinki.fi remains in use for the time being, too.
