Issues with CSI Mobile, CSI MyDesk and time tracking integrations
21. December, 2023 | NewsSome of our customers have been experiencing issues with CSI Mobile, CSI MyDesk, and the time tracking integrations in the last days. The issue has occurred randomly across cloud and On Premise customers of all sizes. The service behind these applications and integrations has not been working fully or at all for some of our customers.
To fix the issue we have sent an urgent support request to Microsoft. This morning some of our customers have informed us that the programs are working again. We are hoping that the service will soon be up and running again for all our customers. Until then it is possible to add transactions directly in the CSI software.
We are aware that the upcoming Christmas holidays and the turn of the year create pressure to get all registrations added to the software on time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the connectivity issue and are working to resolve this as soon as possible, while also making sure it can’t happen again.
