Limited availability to CSI:s support service on Tuesday, 14th February
9. February, 2023 | NewsOn Tuesday the 14th of February our customer support cannot be reached by phone. The entire CSI team will participate in workshops organized by the Saarni Cloud group to find new processes and tools e.g. to facilitate the use of the CSI software and to improve data security. However, you can send us support requests by email at support@csihelsinki.zendesk.com.
We strive to resolve problems that require immediate actions during the same day. Concerning non-urgent support requests, we’ll contact you on Wednesday, 15th February.
Since the CSI software is very stable in normal use, we recommend avoiding updates of the software version during Tuesday to minimize the risk for problems.
