New 8.1 version update on June 4th, 20

The new update package for the version 8.1 will be released on 4.6.20. Customers getting their software versions from the web can download it in the Settings (> System Updates). The version contains the following bug fixes:

• When adding a new customer, you can select to the Invoicing Address field any information matching the search criteria.
• For a new assignment request for a company, you can select as a contact person also a person not added as the company’s contact.
• In the assignment party window, the search function available in the Invoicing contact and Contact Person fields works correctly again.
• For an assignment party, you can select as a contact person also a person not added as the party’s contact.
• Even when assignment-based transaction types have been defined, it is still possible to select other transaction type for a new transaction in the assignment.
• Adding transactions in a calendar works correctly also when rounding and minimum duration of transactions are in use.
• When an assignment request has been converted to an assignment, the system provides an alert of missing identification also when the status of the assignment has been changed.
• When creating a preliminary invoice or invoice, a missing identification provides a warning or an error when the alerts have been defined into use.
• Removing a payer’s discount table enables giving discount (% or €) for the payer.
• When the system is used in Swedish, the invoice print uses Swedish number and date formats as default.
• Credit invoices are moved to Directo with a negative number and positive credit amount.
• The search function in the Settings, Reports window works correctly.
• The name of a list type report is displayed also as the title of the Report window.
