New 9.1 version update on January, 19th, 21
19. January, 2021 | Version UpdatesA new update package for CSI Lawyer 9.1 will be released this afternoon. Customers getting their software versions from the web can download it in the Settings (> System Updates).
The version contains the following bug fixes:
- When multiple customized tables were created to an assignment request and the tables included mandatory or recommended fields, titles of those fields were missing their proper attention color.
- The Assignment Requests folder was missing from the customer in CSI Lawyer.
- A normal user was able to edit read-only fields in the Review Steps folder of an assignment.
- When creating a new assignment type in the assignment window by clicking the green plus in the assignment type field, the list showed also deactivated assignment types.
- The Add Users action was active in the Team Members folder of a closed assignment. Also the Create Preliminary Invoice and Create Invoice buttons in the Transactions folder of a closed assignment were active.
- For a closed assignment several actions were still enabled but gave an unclear error message. Now only the Archive and Activate buttons and reviewing assignments reports, documents and parameters are enabled.
- The user ids and passwords of CSI MyDesk and CSI Mobile did not support Scandic or special characters which made the login process fail.
- The color of a work time entry was always black regardless of the actual color which was defined for it.
- If a price adjustment had been made to a preliminary invoice, a regular user was able to add reviewers to the preliminary invoice’s review process.
- A normal user experienced slowness when making changes in the Reviewers folder on a preliminary invoice.
- The preview of a preliminary invoice did not show the payable sum.
- In EU and export sales, the net amount of a cost-forward expense was not the gross amount of the expense purchase.
- Currency rounding to the following integer did not work on negative invoices.
- A contact that was not listed in the payer’s contact persons could not be chosen as the invoicing contact on an invoice.
- When a credit invoice was opened in the Credit Invoices folder of a cancelled invoice, changing the due date of the credit invoice was not allowed and also the Free text field in the Additional Information tab was disabled.
- When TeAppsXml 3.0 invoice material was created of a summary invoice, the software gave an error.
- Sending a payment demand to Maventa failed when the invoice contained reminder fees but no delay interest.
- When a payment reminder was sent to Maventa the software did not take into account the newest reminder fees or delay interests.
- Accents and apostrophes in a customer’s name prevented the creation of a Sharepoint site for the customer.
- In the M-Files activation report, the O365 AddIn was displayed as active even though it was not in use.
