New CSI Lawyer 10.0 update available 21.5.21
20. May, 2021 | Version UpdatesA new update package for CSI Lawyer 10.0 will be released during the Friday afternoon. It is available for customers downloading their versions from the web and fixes the following software defects:
- The Business ID field did not allow more than 15 characters. Now the number of characters for the Business ID has been increased to 35.
- The Conflict Check Parties report did not print all the details if no conflicts were found.
- If a Private Person had been merged (and deactivated) to another Private Person, the information of to which customer the Private Person had been merged was not visible. Now the customer number of the customer merged to is visible in the deactivated customers Last Name field.
- When opening a new assignment request or an assignment, the customer identification event which was created simultaneously got an incorrect status Started.
- The system gave an error when selecting a transaction type in a timer without first having selected an assignment.
- The author and the creation date of a note were no longer visible after the note was edited.
- The ribbon icon of a customer’s assignment list was not updated accordingly when invoicing of the sub-assignment was changed to happen either through the parent or sub-assignment.
- The Modified Transactions view displayed transactions incorrectly sorted by their entry date. Now the view displays all transactions except incomplete ones sorted by their modification date.
- The total price of transactions registered with CSI Mobile was rounded to a total with too many decimals.
- The “total_net_amount_in_currency” field in the preliminary invoice view showed wrong values when the assignment currency was other than the bookkeeping currency. The field also lacked proper field name.
- The date and numbering formats of invoice prints did not follow the defined country settings (Settings > Common Settings > Countries > Individual Country / Date and Numbering Format field)
- When creating an invoice with the “Until selected date” function from only fixed price transactions, the fixed price transactions were incorrecly doubled in the “Modified Net amounts” fields. Additionally, creating the invoice caused a system error.
- When creating an invoice with the “Until selected date” functionality on an assignment with fixed price transactions, the fixed price transactions were incorrectly doubled to the “Modified Net Amounts” fields.
- On a tax-free assignment, tax was added to a cost forward expense.
- The “Create Invoice” action in the Preliminary Invoice Payers folder was not activated when the payer was changed.
- The actions related to an assignments preliminary invoice and invoice were listed in different order behind different buttons.
- It was not possible to send multiple invoices per email without an email template.
- A summary invoice was printed incorrectly when any of its invoices was related to an assignment with multiple payers.
- When TeAppsXml 3.0 invoice material was created of a summary invoice, the system gave an error.
- Invoices were not transferred to Fennoa/Netvisor if the assignment dimension parameter, although not required for transferring invoices, was not defined for the plugin.
- When updating the assignment subject in CSI Lawyer, Netvisor made a new dimension with the same assignment number but a new name.
- Expenses from Netvisor were not transferred to CSI Lawyer if the voucher type was missing.
- Payment demands in Finvoice 3.0 format were not transferred to recipients if advance was used to the related invoices.
- When generating the Estonian bookkeeping material, if buyer was missing a business Id, that invoice was ignored and no bookkeeping material file was generated.
- When the user interface language was Swedish or English, the filtering All/Invoiced/Open on the Entries report did not work.
- The program transferring files from a shared folder to SharePoint crashed if the file to be processed was lacking an extension or its size was 0 bytes.
- The Sharepoint integration was unable to manage folders/pages containing letters å, ä or ö.
- The Outlook AddIn added to email attachments an .msg extension when the email was archived and a transaction created from an email message whose attachments were too large to be included into a transaction note.
- The sublist values of navigation security parameters were reverted to their original state if the window was closed by clicking OK immediately after opening.
- The Assignment Type list in the software settings was missing functions.
- When adding a new translation for Part Roles through the Settings, the program opened the wrong window and no translations could be added.
- The “Custom” option of the view filters lacked translations in the user interface language.
- When the software was updated to the version 9.1, some customer and invoice lists became slow to load.
