New CSI Lawyer 10.0 update available 7.6.21
7. June, 2021 | Version UpdatesA new update package for CSI Lawyer 10.0 will be released during this afternoon. The update version enables displaying to a defined user group only its own entries and fixes the following software defects:
- In the Reminder window, when a user selected either Snooze or Dismiss, the main window of CSI Lawyer was hidden.
- The system did not display a clear error message when DOKS identification could not be started automatically due to lacking information (e.g. personal ID).
- In some cases the fields “Information Reviewed On” and “Information Reviewed by” remained empty in the Customer Identification window.
- When customer identification in either Due AML or DOKS was started, the CSI Lawyer did not display the identification status as “Started”.
- In the assignment request window, the principal’s main contact was not updated to the Contact Person field.
- Parameters defined for a parent company had no impact on assignments created for subsidiaries.
- The system allowed moving individual budget rows from one budget to another.
- In some occasions, a wrong exchange rate (of current date) was used to print invoices. Now the system uses the most recent exchange rate prior to the invoice date.
- Amounts of a credit invoice and its original invoice did not match because the credit invoice was created using the exchange rate of the credit invoice date instead of the date of the original invoice.
- Finvoice 3.0 invoice material did not include the payers VAT-number.
- The invoicing contact of a customer or of an assignment party was not transferred to the BuyerContactPersonName field of the Finvoice 3.0 invoicing material.
- A ready-made dashboard file displayed the names of the associated charts in the wrong language (in Finnish, even if the interface language was English) both in the dashboard import window and in the dashboard edit window.
- Changes e.g. to filtering or sorting of a pivot report were not saved unless changes were also made in the General tab.
- Re-importing of a dashboard which was defined as a favorite resulted an error message.
- When opening a translation from the translations list for taxability texts, a wrong window opened (the taxability text in question instead of the translation).
- “Scheduled Actions” were missing from the settings even after a URL address that should make these settings visible was added for the main business unit.
- Setting mandatory the Other Information field in the customer identification window was not enabled.
