New CSI Lawyer 10.1 update package 15.6.22

We’ll release a new update package for CSI Lawyer 10.1 today. The update version fixes the following software defects:

• When a new customer identification event was created and a beneficiary or owner added to it, instead of adding a private person the software. by default, was adding a corporate customer.  
• When a private person had a Personal Id longer than 12 characters, the conflict search did not find the customer when the search was done with the Personal Id.
• A regular user was not allowed to delete team members from corporate customers. As regular users can link new team members to corporate customers and edit them, their deletion should be allowed as well. 
• In an insider assignment, it was possible to select the Permissions button to provide a user group with access rights to the assignment. The Permissions button is now disabled in insider assignments. 
• When a parent assignment had a foreign currency and a user tried and create for it a sub-assignment and copy parties from the parent assignment, saving the sub-assignment was not allowed as it had a different currency which could not be changed. 
• When the critical task reminder system was activated and a an alert time defined for a critical task, the software incorrectly kept sending email reminders of the critical task every 15 minutes.   
• If a work time entry was linked to an assignment which had a private person as a principal, the software gave an error message.
• In a preliminary invoice, when a user selected Print Order button, the Author column of the transaction and expense lists was too narrow and only displayed a part of the author’s name.  
• When an assignment was protected and some documents related to it were checked out in M-Files, adding a new user (who was linked to M-Files) to the assignment team failed and the user access rights were not updated to the assignment documents in M-Files either but the software gave an error. Now documents checked out in M-Files no longer prevent adding a user as a team member to a protected assignment. If there are documents checked out in M-Files, the user access rights are not updated to them and the software displays a list of documents for which the access rights could not be updated. 
• In the Settings, Users folder, the Manage User Groups button was disabled. 
• When the member list of a user group was edited, the software first removed all users from the user group and then added the selected members to the group again, leading to incorrect adding dates for members. 
• When a power user tried and customize the activity window in the settings, the transaction type field was not available in the customization menu.
