Midsummer & Summer Service Hours in Customer Support

During the summer weeks, we’ll operate with reduced service hours. From Midsummer until the Finnish start of the school year (June 23rd – August 8th) you can reach us from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (GMT+3).
Since there will be fewer experts available during the summer, we’d prefer support requests via email (help@csihelsinki.fi) to provide you with the most suitable assistance. In urgent situations, you can also call our support number.
