Shortened service hours during the summer.

During the summer holiday season CSI Support’s telephone hours will be shorter than normal.

On Thursday, June the 18th, we’ll close at 14 EET. Starting from midsummer, June the 22^nd, our phone support will take calls on weekdays from 10 to 16 EET. On week 29 (July 13^th-17^th) our phone support will be closed. From August 10^th we will be back to our regular hours.

You can send support requests at all times either via CSI Extranet’s support request form or directly to our ticketing system support@csihelsinki.zendesk.com. We will answer electronic support requests as soon as possible, also on week 29.
