New CSI Lawyer 10.1 update package and new code-signing certificates 15.3.22
15. March, 2022 | Version UpdatesWe’ll release a new update package for CSI Lawyer 10.1 today. At the same time, both CSI Lawyer and all CSI software plugins will be upgraded to versions that use the new code-signing certificate (proving them as CSI’s products).
This certificate change may prevent customers from downloading new plugins in the settings, in case the customer has in use an older CSI Lawyer version. In case it happens, please contact the CSI support.
The update version fixes the following software defects:
- The conflict search did not list a customer’s “Other” party roles in assignments.
- In the identification window, the “Attach to Existing Identification” button did not copy from the existing identification to the new one board members and beneficiaries and owners.
- Although customer identification was in use, when a new assignment was created, the software did not automatically add customer identification events for the assignment parties requiring identification.
- When a user tried and change an assignment’s principal, the system gave an error message, and the principal change failed.
- The currency set for the customer was not offered as the currency for the assignment when the it was different from the base currency of the system and the assignment was opened through the customer window.
- When payer shares in a preliminary invoice were changed and the original share of a payer was 100 %, the Calculate button required two clicks to work correctly
- When a preliminary invoice had a cost forward expense and the foreign payer’s share was changed, VAT was incorrectly calculated for it although the expense VAT should have been added to the net share and the VAT should have been zero.
- If there were payers with different taxabilities in an assignment, and the user made a price adjustment to an invoice which was created directly from the assignment, the system displayed an error message and – if the user continued with the invoice creation – took incorrect totals to the invoice.
- When rounding was in use and a credit invoice was created for the invoice, it ignored rounding and thus left the invoice open.
- The customer window did not enable creating an operator code for a new e-invoice operator.
- When another e-invoicing plugin than MaventaAPI was in use, attachments added to an e-invoice were not sent to Maventa and the user was not informed about it.
- If sending of a legal aid claim failed due to a incorrectly formatted personal ID or birth date of the assignment principal, the reason for the failure was not clearly stated in the error message.
- When M-Files was integrated to CSI Lawyer and the assignment principal in CSI was changed to a new customer which had no assignments and whose information thus had not been transferred to M-Files, yet, M-Files made CSI Lawyer freeze by trying to find the customer.
