Why is my preliminary invoice lacking transactions and expenses?

Transactions and/or expenses are not automatically included in a preliminary invoice, if they are added to an assignment after creating the preliminary invoice. However, it is possible to add them manually to a preliminary invoice.

There are two options:

• Select on top of a preliminary invoice Functions > Hae new transactions and expenses (when the added registrations are in the same period as the preliminary invoice)

OR

• Change the invoicing period (when the registrations are outside the period of the preliminary invoice).
