How to download and update reports?
18. February, 2019 | ReportingA power user can download, update and publish reports in the reporting area of the system settings.
Download new reports as follows:
- Go to Settings > Reporting
- Select Actions > Download Reports
- A list of pivot tables and reports opens
- First on the list are pivot tables, grouped by Status: New and Update
- The second type is Report, again grouped by Update and New statuses
- Select desired pivot tables and reports from the listing
- Select Download Selected
- Check that the new or updated reports are published (have a green selection in the list view)
- If required, publish the reports by selecting on the top of a report Actions > Publishing > Publish.
Sometimes it is required to reopen the tab in question or even to restart CSI Lawyer to have the report displayed.
