How to download and update reports?

A power user can download, update and publish reports in the reporting area of the system settings.

Download new reports as follows:

  1. Go to Settings > Reporting
  2. Select Actions > Download Reports
  3. A list of pivot tables and reports opens
    • First on the list are pivot tables, grouped by Status: New and Update
    • The second type is Report, again grouped by Update and New statuses
  4. Select desired pivot tables and reports from the listing
  5. Select Download Selected
  6. Check that the new or updated reports are published (have a green selection in the list view)
  7. If required, publish the reports by selecting on the top of a report Actions > Publishing > Publish.

Sometimes it is required to reopen the tab in question or even to restart CSI Lawyer to have the report displayed.
