Customer identification related user rights in different situations (22.2.23)

The rights to perform customer identifications in different situations have been unified.

If, in the settings, no specific group has been given rights to perform client identifications:

  • Via the Check Identifications button, an identification can be started only by the users that have been selected for the four responsibility roles in the matter window
  • If the status of the identification is Not started or Started, anyone is allowed to edit it
  • If the status of the identification is Done, only the user marked as Responsible in the identification window is allowed to edit it and use the functions related to it

If, in the settings, a user group has been given rights to perform client identifications:

  • Via the Check Identifications button, an identification can be started by the users that have been selected for the four responsibility roles in the matter window and by users belonging to the user group in question.
  • If the status of the identification is Not started or Started, it can be edited by the four matter responsibles, users belonging to the user group and the user selected as Responsible in the identification window.
  • If the status of the identification is Done, it can be edited by the four matter responsibles, users belonging to the user group and the user selected as Responsible in the identification window.

The width of the email address field in invoice templates (22.2.23)

The width of the email address field which is located in the footer of the default invoice template (independent of the country) and the country-specific invoice templates for Finland and Sweden has been increased. The field can now accommodate a 32-character email address without wrapping it into two lines.

Including attachments in the invoice material in TeAppsXML 3.0 format (22.2.23)

Customers using the TeAppsXML 3.0 plugin for e-invoicing, can now include also attachments when creating the invoicing material of normal invoices in a TeAppsXML 3.0 format.

Error logs for productized bookkeeping integrations (22.2.23)

To make it easier to investigate issues related to productized bookkeeping integrations (Fennoa, Netvisor, Procountor) the information about the error is now saved in the integration log, available for power users in the settings (Software Management > Plugins > Integration logs).

  • The integration log displays a warning if an invoice is transferred to the bookkeeping system with an amount which differs from the amount in CSI Lawyer.
  • In case an invoice is not even transferred to the bookkeeping system, the integration log shows both the error and the reason for the failed transfer.

The same integration log functionality will be available for the Fortnox integration during the next couple of weeks.

OAuth2 authentication in Fortnox integration (18.1.23)

The Fortnox integration now uses OAuth2 type authentication. From the “Fortnox integration settings” component, “Access token” and Authorization code” fields have been removed and a “Client ID” field added to it.

The new plugin component “Authenticate Fortnox” adds an “Authenticate Fortnox” action to the business unit ribbon which opens the Fortnox login window in the user’s browser.  When the login is successful the window closes automatically. If the integration is not used for a month (31 days), the authentication must be done again.
