Year-end to-do list for CSI power users

This document describes the actions required from the CSI power user to ensure smooth transition to the year 2025. Please note the following:

1. Get familiar with the to-do list and check which definitions are necessary for your office.
2. If you are on vacation during the first days of 2025, ensure that there’s another power user who can make the required definitions.
3. If your office uses any number series that include the year, DO NOT CHANGE THE NUMBER SERIES until you have created ALL the entities (invoices, customers, matters…) which should have the year 2024 in its numbering. You will not be able to return to the old number series.
4. In case you need additional instructions, please contact the CSI support help@csihelsinki.fi. Note that most of our technical specialists will be out of office between Christmas and Epiphany which affects our response times.
